■ Returns:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
■ Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for size or color changes within 30 days of purchase. To start an exchange, email info@naturelmate.com
■ Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
■ Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, swimsuits, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the product back (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect).
